If you intend, at any point, on being considerd a man of honour, or of your word, you must keep your oaths. If you swear
a man your life, you must stay with that person until one or te other cease to exist. If you swear a man your home, you must
take him in. If you swear a man you sword, unless he swears his back to you, he must never be forced to raise a sword against
anyone else personally while you still live.
If a man does not put faith in a mild oath, swera to him on the thing he loves best; on a coward, swear on your life.
On a vain man, swear on your head. On a soldier or warrior, swear on a sword. On a religious man, Swear on God, or your equivalent.
On a rich man, swear on your gold. If a man continues to not trust you after uttering such an oath, and you have given no
reason for him to doubt your word, take into consideration that each person fears of others the worst in themselves. If a
man breaks an oath to you, all your oaths to this man can be forgotten, if you choose to do so. If you choose that you keep
all oaths to this man, then he is in debt to you. If you are in debt to a man due to having broken oaths while he keeps his,
then you must remain in his debt.
Above all, it is necessary to maintain integrity with your name, that you may be able to carry believed accounts. If
you have no integrity, not a soul will rightfully be able to take your claims to heart. When claiming in a dispute, word of
honour is all that may save you embarrassment, wealth, and good-standing to others.

If ever is needed a sword, a message, council, or service, I swear to be ther before I am called.
3 If ever I am able, and I am called, I do not come to your aid, may my knife turn itself on me and enforce
